Kublanovsky Law Defeats Motion Seeking Attachment, TRO and Preliminary Injunction
Kublanovsky Law, representing a defendant in a commercial litigation in New York State Court, today successfully opposed a motion seeking a pre-judgment attachment, temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and expedited discovery against his client. Eugene D. Kublanovsky was able to secure on his client’s behalf an order from the court denying all of Plaintiffs’ requested relief. The matter, GF55 Partners, et al. v. Shane, et al., is currently pending in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, New York County.
Kublanovsky Law Files Amicus Brief In NFL Players’ Concussion Injury Litigation
Kublanovsky Law filed an amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) brief yesterday in the NFL Players’ Concussion Injury Class Action Litigation pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The firm was honored to serve as counsel for the Parents Concussion Coalition, an organization which advocates for parents and their children for better concussion education, prevention, and management policies in youth athletics. The Parents Concussion Coalition submitted its amicus brief in advance of the fairness hearing scheduled for this Wednesday, November 19, during which the court will consider arguments in favor, and against, the class action settlement.
